Your results speak for themselves.
It's time leadership saw that.

As Seen In...

What you're experiencing
You've been told you're "too direct," "too aggressive," or that you need to soften your style
You deliver outstanding results, and someone less competent gets the promotion
Your projects are credited to others. You're left out of conversations about your own work.
You've tried working harder, over-delivering, even getting another degree. None of it changed how you're seen.
You're starting to wonder: "Why am I always getting into these situations?"
What you actually want
To be recognised for who you are and what you bring, not only for what you deliver
To walk into high-stakes conversations knowing you'll both walk out moving forward
The confidence and skill to hold your ground in high-stakes conversations without being labelled "difficult"
A seat at the table, or a real sense of moving in that direction
To be the leader others advocate for and come to, not the one who has to fight to be heard
THE TRUTH IS
If working harder was the answer, you'd already be there.
What I've seen with most women leaders is this: you are actually one conversation away from the recognition and the resources you deserve. You just need to know how to carry that conversation so it lands.
Most leadership programmes give you theory. SUSO gives you the actual structure of the conversations where your career is decided.
You learn to connect with senior stakeholders at the level where bias and resistance melt away. You prepare differently, so the emotional pushback is minimised and manageable.
And you develop specific, high-performance language patterns that make your authority and visibility land instantly.
The most common thing clients say when they finish? "Why didn't I learn this 20 years ago?"

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY
Testimonials
I want to let you know how grateful I am for all the lessons that you have given us in the Speak Up and Stand Out programme. It has been a true breath of fresh air after years within the management cadre, where I felt I was struggling without navigation gear. The fact that my voice was easily ignored led to a conflict between what I was being asked to do, the direction the organization was taking and what I knew was the right thing. The material and structure you have given us for the different scenarios have strengthened my confidence as I step forward in a new direction

I thought that changing jobs would solve the stress and problems I was experiencing in my career. However, I soon found out that I'd just exchanged one set of problems for another. Through the coaching Sima provided, I was able to gain insight around what is truly important to me in my work, and more broadly in where I want to go in life... and to steer my career in a direction that was more in-line with my ideals.

Meet Sima
Before I coached leaders, I was one. I spent over a decade as CIO at UNAIDS, leading IT strategy and operations across 90 country offices. I built a team of 34 people, secured a CHF 20 million budget through a single well-prepared conversation with a key influencer, and learned that the skills that get you promoted to director level are not the same ones that get you recognised and valued beyond it.
I coach women leaders in STEM, finance, law, academia, and other male-dominated fields because I have navigated the same dynamics they face: being taken for granted for extraordinary results, underestimated in influence, and given feedback that was too vague to action.
Sima is a contributing author of We the People, a collection of accounts from professionals inside international organisations who challenged institutional power and outdated processes.
She knows how these systems work from the inside and has been instrumental in crafting improved operational policies at a global scale.
