Helping senior leaders move
from Burnout to Brilliance
As Seen In...
As seen in...
Do you have a weak manager ?
You are usually very professional and in control and you’ve always been a high-flyer – driven to succeed.
Perhaps you are in a top position in your field, in a challenging senior role that you are thrilled to have.
BUT now, there are problems, like...
... Your manager is not only weak, they isolate you and cut you out of a lot of things.
... They may refuse to meet with you regularly, always finding some excuse or some reason not to be there.
... The whole environment is starting to derail your progress and that is taking its toll on your confidence.
... You’ve been caught off guard by so many things.
AND if that sounds like you
Then it's a pretty safe guess that:
... This has been going on for at least 6-18 months now.
... You may have been in denial that anything like this could happen to you.
.... And you’re starting to feel paralysed because of the situation.
The situation is painful, and it’s definitely NOT best in class.

You’ve had enough:
Enough over-work and long hours in a critical role that is taken for granted
Enough of losing touch with friends and loved one
Enough holding back, trying not to rock the boat
Enough rustration and disappointment at being overlooked despite your responsibilities - and results!
Enough of working without a strong mentor
Imagine instead:
Working in the pursuit of excellence
Finding the right mentor to guide you along the way
Enough holding back, trying not to rock the boat
Managing the hierarchy and cultural differences really well
Having perfect clarity on what’s next for you
Being resilient and assertive so that you can live to your full potential - personally and professionally
Being in alignment with your values to create a team that pulls together and supports each other
7 years after my executive burnout
I’m here to make a positive change in leadership practices.
I want to see a world with great leadership in corporates, NGOs, Academia, and SMEs.
I want to hear about more healthy workplaces.
I want people to have what I have: loving their work and life every day!
It wasn’t always like that for me.
I was a driven professional, a high-achiever, who climbed the ladder to the CXO level. Then, I was harassed by my boss.
I felt trapped in a job I loved in an environment so toxic, I physically and mentally broke down. It left me confused and uncertain about "what next?"
And I’m tired of this being a dirty little secret.
I want others to use my experience to move through this kind of situation faster, easier, and in a way that's adapted for senior leaders & executives.

My coaches back then simply didn’t get it.
They didn’t understand that toxic people play different games and the classic high-EQ communications will make things worse for you, not better.
They also didn’t fully understand the sensitivity and political nature of my role at my level.
Every senior leader needs to know…
…how to spot the signs
...how exactly to navigate these difficult situations
...so that you can truly live to your potential and thrive.
I've learned through experience, through research, and through perseverance (aka the long, hard way).
Now I share with my clients around the world the 5 specific areas (via the BRITE method) you need to master, so you can:
✓ find your inner resilience,
✓ get clarity on the question of “what’s next for me?” and
✓ maintain healthy, fun relationships (professionally AND personally).
You’ll sleep better again too.
WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY
Testimonials
Working with Sima gave me the wherewithal to step back at a point in my life where I needed some clarity, and actually understand the steps that I needed to take where I envisioned myself being in the not so distant future. It had a big part to do with where I actually am today.
I thought that changing jobs would solve the stress and problems I was experiencing in my career. However, I soon found out that I'd just exchanged one set of problems for another. Through the coaching Sima provided, I was able to gain insight around what is truly important to me in my work, and more broadly in where I want to go in life... and to steer my career in a direction that was more in-line with my ideals.
